2. Product Description
Husher products are aftermarket acoustic flow-management accessories intended to influence underwater exhaust behavior and acoustic characteristics of compatible scuba regulators.
Husher products:
- are not life-support systems,
- do not replace regulator servicing,
- and are not intended to modify the primary breathing mechanism of the regulator.
- A regulator with the Husher is defined as a new system and therefore is not certified
3. Compatibility
Husher products must only be used with explicitly listed compatible regulator models.
Users remain solely responsible for:
- verifying compatibility,
- confirming correct installation,
- and ensuring proper regulator operation before diving.
Use on unsupported, modified, or damaged equipment is strictly discouraged.
4. Assumption of Risk
Scuba diving is an activity involving inherent risks including serious injury or death.
By using Husher products, users acknowledge and accept all risks associated with:
- scuba diving,
- equipment modification,
- aftermarket accessories,
- and underwater activities.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Husher and its owners, affiliates, partners, and representatives shall not be held liable for:
- injury,
- death,
- equipment failure,
- improper installation,
- misuse,
- incompatibility,
- property damage,
- or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of Husher products.
Users assume full responsibility for product installation, equipment verification, and diving decisions.
6. Product Use
Husher products must:
- be installed according to the provided instructions,
- be inspected before every dive,
- and only be used by qualified and properly trained divers.
If any abnormal regulator behavior is detected, use must immediately be discontinued.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, graphics, product concepts, trademarks, and technologies associated with Husher remain the intellectual property of their respective owners unless otherwise stated.
Unauthorized reproduction, copying, reverse engineering, or commercial use is prohibited.

8. Warranty Disclaimer
Products are provided “as is” without guarantees of uninterrupted operation or universal compatibility.
Users remain responsible for determining suitability for their intended application and diving conditions.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in Switzerland unless otherwise required by mandatory local regulations.
10. Product Wear, Damage & Misuse
Husher products are used in demanding underwater environments and are subject to:
- normal wear,
- impacts,
- environmental exposure,
- pressure cycles,
- and handling-related stress associated with diving activities.
The warranty does not cover:
- damage caused by improper installation,
- misuse,
- abuse,
- impacts,
- improper handling,
- modification,
- improper storage,
- unsupported regulator configurations,
- accidental damage,
- or normal wear resulting from regular product use.
Products showing signs of:
- excessive wear,
- cracking,
- deformation,
- material degradation,
- or abnormal damage
must immediately be removed from service and inspected before further use.
Users remain responsible for regularly inspecting the condition of the product before each dive.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, damaged, worn, modified, or improperly used products are not eligible for refund or replacement.
