To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Husher and its owners, affiliates, partners, and representatives shall not be liable for:
- injury,
- death,
- equipment malfunction,
- property damage,
- diving incidents,
- or any direct or indirect damages associated with product use.
Use of the product is entirely at the user’s own risk.
First Use Recommendation
Users are strongly encouraged to:
- begin testing in shallow and controlled recreational diving conditions,
- and become familiar with the modified exhaust behavior before more demanding dives.
